A travel planner or travel organizer helps you creating your dream customized trip! Unlike a travel agency, we are sharing our experiences and we recommend destinations that we have visited. Depending on your desires and your budget, we advise you best in the organization of your customized trip. We create the travel itinerary that suits you best. Flights, accomodations, activities, guides, contacts, places to visit … Everything is thought and organized through an interactive map and a digital travel journal.

For us, the most important thing is to understand what travel experience you want to live and what you are dreaming about in terms of vacation. Do not come with a specific destination in mind but rather experiences! For example: swimming with manta rays, riding on a hot air balloon, sleeping in the desert or making a trek to a volcano … multiple destinations allow you to live these experiences, but which one is most suitable for you? This is what we will discover during our first contact, whether by phone call or video call.

1. the choice of the destination

What kind of experience do you want to have? This is the question you need to ask yourself first. Are you looking for an adventure trip, a relaxing one or a bit of both? Do you want to see beautiful beaches, waterfalls or a volcano? Go hiking, scuba diving or maybe to do a cruise on a sailboat? See animals on safari? Discover new cultures and traditions? By talking together by phone or video call, we will understand what the ideal destination is for you, based on your desires and expectations in terms of travel experiences.

We are specialized in tropical and exotic destinations. And in particular destinations with beautiful diving sites like Indonesia, the Middle East or the Caribbean. But we can also advise you on the Mediterranean destinations of our beautiful European continent. 2. Your customized travel itinerary

Once the destination is chosen, we will define together your needs in terms of travel (main flight and internal flights, ferry, car …) Then we will define together to the places you want to visit and the activities you want to do. We will also be led to suggest some places or activity to you based on our experiences. We will also put you in contact with local guides. After that, we will look for accommodation that suits you best, according to your desires and your activities (hotel, guest house, guest house, homestays, boat cruise, villa rental …) Indeed, your accommodation must be well chosen to be able to minimize travel time on site and be close to your activities and places of visit.

Then we will create your customised travel itinerary through an interactive map as well as a travel journal that you will have with you throughout. This includes all the practical information you will need. Whether it is addresses or GPS points, contacts of local guides and service providers with What’s app numbers, but also withdrawal locations or places where you can buy a SIM card for example. Everything is thought out and summarized in a travel document so that you only have to enjoy your experience with your loved ones! As soon as we have validated the itinerary together, you will receive all the documents by email.

3. booking your trip

Your dream trip is starting to become reality! When we have validated the itinerary together, you will be able to proceed with the booking of flights, accommodations and activities that we have found for you. As a travel planner, we do not make reservations, but are here to advise you and assist you in finding information to create a customized trip. However, we are of course by your side if you have any questions or if you do need help during bookings. Please note that when we find prices for flights / hotels / activities, we advise you to book as soon as possible because the prices are likely to change quickly depending on demand, especially in high season. A well-organized trip is for us booked at least 2 months in advance.

Regarding the support for creating your tailor-made trip, we offer full support at the rate of €350 including tax for a trip of one week to 10 days. We also offer more in-depth support for a trip of 10 days to 3 weeks for €550 including tax.

And there we are! Your dream trip is becoming true! You have made all the reservations and you have now received all your travel documents by email or on What’s app. Now it’s time to pack your luggages and enjoy your tailor-made trip!
